I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call or text your stylist to inform them if this ever occurs so they can do their best to accommodate you. This does not ensure a refund on deposits or that they will be able to fit you in their schedule if you are late. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times they cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your service. We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, cough, runny nose, you have a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we require that you reschedule your session in order to keep your deposit. Late cancellation due to emergency, or illness, may generally "not" result in any missed session charges, but this is "determined" on a case-by-case basis. We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to us and also means other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. In the result that you violate our cancellation policy we reserve the right to charge the card we have on file for you, require another deposit to be paid in the equivalent and no less then 50% of the booked service fee, and or cancel your appointment. By booking your appointment you acknowledge that you have read and understand the above policy put in place by all entities and third parties working as Salon B3 and or The Nail Suite LLC.
